Pomegranates 4

Two pomegranates on a plate, the one in the front cut into two parts to reveal the seeds within.
Pomegranates 4

November 1st: now the valley is silent. Other than the chill breeze brushing the leaves from the trees, and the already fading light in preparation for the next storm, there is a moment for reflection.

This is currently the last of the pomegranate series, hopefully there will be a 5th, a large homage to the autumn. However that will have to wait. It’s been a momentous year, my paintings have changed beyond measure. Italy has been good to me.

The silence breaks as mass ends, it’s All Saints’ Day.
